Business Value Planning Services (BVPS) 5

The Business Value Planning Service delivers a highly reliable, repeatable, sponsored process for proposing business process improvements which better leverage the strategic value of products customers already own. Using the Business Value Planning Service, partners work with Enterprise Agreement Customers to document, analyze, optimize, justify, sequence, and propose plans that improve impactful business processes using the Microsoft Office System. Get paid by Microsoft to deliver process improvement planning to eligible customers. Click here to learn how!
Demand Generation
Strategy Briefing sessions provide Partners with opportunities to present and demonstrate the business value of the Office System Solutions and Partner Services to a small group of potential Customers (< 25) over the course of a 1 to 2-Hour breakfast or lunch briefing. Strategy Briefings can help partners:

Speak to the value of Microsoft Office System, by assisting you in defining business value in terms that will be relevant to your customers.

Show customers that they can leverage much of their current investment in IW technology to improve business process problems they face every day, often with technology they’ve already purchased.

Identify new opportunities across a customer organization through process specific, Business Decision Maker (BDM) tailored marketing content.
